I will not hold a kitten without a Deposit.  Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE, so  be sure of your selection.  

Please note that any and all checks (personal or cashier's) and money orders must clear our bank prior to the new family taking possession of or, shipping a Smoochacat kitten or cat.   

You can, however, transfer the deposit to another kitten that is available on our Available Page.   Deposits on younger kittens can be paid with cash, check or a money order.   The final payment is to be paid in CASH ONLY!

We are aware that circumstances change and it is not always possible to take possession of a cat or kitten as originally planned. Deposits will be considered payment for boarding, grooming and lost opportunities for placement if the buyer changes their mind for any reason other than defined in the contract.  

All of our kittens are sold by Contract.   

Our Contract is for the kitten's protection and none will be sold without a contract.  Show and/or Breeder quality kittens are available by reservation. Kittens sold as family pets come with a alter agreement and an indoor only clause.  The alter agreement is strictly enforced.  (See Our Contract Page).

Any additional medical or, lab work requested by Purchaser is to be paid by Purchaser in advance of shipping. 

When you contact us about one of our kittens, please mention if you are a Breeder and where you are located.  If you are a Cattery Registered with CFA, have a website and be able to give us a personal and Vet reference.  Any kittens sold within the State of Alabama are to be spayed or neutered per Contract Agreement, (Absolutely No Exceptions).   

All kittens are at least 10-12 weeks old before being released to new homes. Persians are a slow maturing breed and we leave the kittens with their Moms as long as possible, so that they learn to use the litter box, to use the scratching post, and develop good social skills with other cats.
