SmoochACat is a very small CFA Registered and a Closed Cattery located in Dora Alabama.  We are located 25 miles North West of Birmingham, and are a close access from either Interstate 65 or Highway 78. 

I have only been raising Himalayan and Persian kittens since 2001, and I am very proud of my accomplishments and have improved my breeding lines for Showing.  I am a stay at home mom and with my daughter, Kayla's help and my husband, Dale's support, I am able to raise such wonderful kittens for others to love and enjoy as much as we do.  Occasionally, we have pet quality kittens available.

My cattery is small, allowing me to keep our cats healthy, happy and in a very clean environment. My breeding program is focused on raising healthy kittens with sweet personalities for all cat lovers to enjoy and to meet CFA Standards for Showing.  Available kittens are checked by my Veterinarian, vaccinated, litter trained, and are well socialized by the time they are ready to go to their new homes, at 10 to 12 weeks old. All of my adult cats have been tested for FeLv, as well as PKD DNA tested before breeding and are all negative. All of our kittens are born and raised in our home and I am with the moms for every birth.
