Pet Quality Kittens or Cats are those that do not meet the CFA Standards of the breed for showing, but will make wonderful and loving pets.

NO BREEDING RIGHTS ARE GIVEN ON PET QUALITY KITTENS OR CATS.  SPAY OR NEUTER YOUR KITTEN BEFORE 9 MONTHS OF AGE.

Show Quality Kittens or Cats are those that meet all the necessary CFA Standards of the breed for showing and with proper grooming can receive the title of Champion and possibly continue on to Grand Champion status.

Show and Breeder Quality:  $1,200+ - Deposit $300.00

I will not hold a kitten or cat without a deposit.  

Deposits are NON-Refundable unless there is a problem on our end, so be sure of your selection.

Please note that any and all funds whether checks or cashier's checks and money orders must clear out bank prior to the new family taking possession of or, prior to shipping a SmoochaCat kitten or cat.

If you are paying my PayPal, please be aware that there is a 3% service fee charged to us by PayPal for the convenience.  This fee must be reimbursed to me prior to the kitten or cat leaving our home.

You can, however, transfer your deposit to another kitten on our Kitten Page. Deposits on kittens or cats can be paid with Cash, Cashier's Check or a Money Order.  If the kitten or cat is picked up or, delivery is made, the final payment must be made in CASH ONLY!  If shipping is the option that you choose, the final payment must be made by CERTIFIED MONEY ORDER. All monies are to be in my possession and clear our bank prior to shipping a SmoochaCat cat or kitten.

We are aware that circumstances can change and it is not possible to take possession of a kitten or cat as originally planned.  Deposits will be considered as payment for boarding, grooming and lost opportunities for placement if the purchaser changes their mind for any reason whatsoever.

In the event that there is a problem and you wish to return the kitten or cat, we must be informed within 24 hours.  WE WILL NOT agree to the return of the kitten or cat after the original 24 Hour Period.  All shipping charges for the return of the kitten or cat is the responsibility of the Purchaser. 

All of our kittens or cats are sold under Contract.  Our Contract is for the kitten or cat's protection.  

Show and/or breeder quality kittens or cats will be sold by reservation.  Kittens sold as family pets will come with an Alter Agreement and an indoor clause.  The Alter Agreement is strictly ENFORCED (Please see our Contract).

Any additional medical or lab work requested by Purchaser must be paid in advance of taking possession of the kitten or cat.  

If you contact us about one of our kittens, please let me know if you are a breeder and where you are located.  If you are a CFA Registered Cattery and have a website, you be able to give me personal and vet references.  Any kittens sold within the State of Alabama must be spayed or neutered per our Contract.   (Absolutely No Exceptions Will Be Made) 

All kittens are 10-12 weeks of age before they are released to their new homes.  Persians are a very slow maturing breed and we leave our babies with their mothers as long as possible, so they can learn to use the litter box, use the scratching post and develop good social skills with other cats.

I reserve the right to refuse the sale of any kitten or cat on this website at any time for any reason whatsoever.

Notice:  By entering into a purchase Contract Agreement with SmoochaCat, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.  We reserve the right to cancel or void a Contract at any time.
